Śmigus Dyngus (or Wet Monday) is where Polish people run around throwing water at each other on Easter Monday. Originally it was used as a way to get laid and young boys would soak the hottest girls in town – sometimes in their bed’s early Monday morning… but only after getting permission and access from the girl’s mother. These days it’s just a massive national water fight where yobs get to drench old ladies with buckets of water and not get in trouble. For more info go here. Mucha Marcha will be supplying buckets of water, beakers, Italo-Disco from Heartbreak and the CocaDisco DJs, tropical jungle punk from Dead Kids and pink powerpop flavoured electronic hip-pop wierdbeat experiments from Rowdy Superstar…

There are few-if-any London bands in recent times that have experienced such a meteoric rise from dingy-toilet circuit nothingness to national phenomenon.
